Advanced Science, EarlyView.Interfacial Nd3+‐triplet energy transfer enables direct activation of molecular triplets under near‐infrared (NIR) irradiation for reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) exaggerates hypoxia, which initiates subsequent hypoxia‐activated chemotherapy.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Simulated microgravity induces distinct mitochondrial hyperactivation patterns‐elevated OXPHOS and MMP‐which accelerate meiosis without SAC failure but delays MTOC coalescence, leading to spindle defects and meiotic arrest. Prolonging M‐phase restores MTOC assembly and oocyte maturation.
