Free-standing silicon shadow masks for transmon qubit fabrication [PDF]
Nanofabrication techniques for superconducting qubits rely on resist-based masks patterned by electron-beam or optical lithography. We have developed an alternative nanofabrication technique based on free-standing silicon shadow masks fabricated from silicon-on-insulator wafers.

Reconfigurable Three‐Dimensional Superconducting Nanoarchitectures
3D superconducting nanostructures offer new possibilities for emergent physical phenomena. However, fabricating complex geometries remains challenging. Here 3D nanoprinting of complex 3D superconducting nanoarchitectures is established. As well as propagating superconducting vortices in 3D, anisotropic superconducting properties with geometric ...

Nano‐Topography Enhanced Topological‐Cell‐Analysis in Radiation‐Therapy
Radiotherapy, a treatment that implies exposition of cells to radiation, offers promise to treat cancer. Here, it is hypothesized that the nanoscale details of a scaffold can amplify the response of cells to radiation, measured through topological variables, providing ways to assess the efficacy of Radiotherapy treatment.

Thermal Processing Creates Water‐Stable PEDOT:PSS Films for Bioelectronics
Instead of using chemical cross–linkers, it is shown that PEDOT:PSS thin films for bioelectronics become water‐stable after a simple heat treatment. The heat treatment is compatible with a range of rigid and elastomeric substrates and films are stable in vivo for >20 days.

Simulation of a Highly Sensitive Piezoresistive Differential Pressure Microsensor
In this paper, a highly sensitive piezoresistive differential pressure microsensor is proposed. This microsensor is consisted of a silicon microcantilever (Length=145 µm; Width=100 µm; Thickness=0.29 µm) and two ...

Towards fabrication of ordered gallium nanostructures by laser manipulation of neutral atoms: study of self-assembling phenomena [PDF]
Surface diffusion has an impact on the lateral resolution of nanostructures in bottom-up atom nanofabrication. In this paper we study the effects of the gallium atoms self-assembled on silicon surfaces (100) patterned with trenches at different slopes.
