Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.Lipid drug carriers to which ultra‐small gold nanoparticles were added enabled more efficient radiotherapy of cultured pancreatic cancer tumors. Optical Manipulation of Multiferroic Phases in BiFeO3 Thin Films
Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.At the strain‐driven morphotropic phase boundary, optical control over the multiferroic rhombohedral and tetragonal phase mixture is demonstrated using above‐bandgap light illumination. The photoinduced charge carriers modify the electrostatic environment and induce the conversion into a single tetragonal phase.
