PKC‐mediated phosphorylation of FOXL2 weakens DNA binding, alters subnuclear localization and protein interactions, and reshapes FOXL2‐dependent transcriptional programs in granulosa cells, supporting a reversible mechanism that modulates FOXL2 activity through phosphorylation of its DNA‐binding domain. ABSTRACT FOXL2 is a forkhead transcription factor

UV‐Enhanced Scanning Electron Microscope: Toward Orientation and Electron Work Function Imaging
A complementary deep‐UV illumination system for scanning electron microscope (SEM) is developed at a robust instrument level with precise mechanical control of the focused beam's position and tilt. New SEM imaging modalities are discussed, and future prospects of introducing polarised UV irradiation are outlined by numerical simulations of electron ...

The influence of rivers on seabird foraging ecology
ABSTRACT Rivers act as vital arteries to the world's oceans, delivering fresh water and nutrients that sustain marine ecosystems. Globally, river flow increasingly is being altered by climate change and anthropogenic pressures; yet the significance of rivers to predatory marine species, such as seabirds, and the extent to which river‐related changes ...

Explainable Deep Learning for Imaging‐Based Skin Lesion Diagnosis: A Systematic Literature Review
ABSTRACT In the latest years, the use of Deep Learning (DL) in imaging‐based skin lesion diagnosis has become increasingly prevalent. The deep models have revolutionized the computer‐aided diagnosis systems in terms of performance. However, DL models are often criticized as black boxes due to their complex and opaque internal design of numerous ...

Discrete Relaxation Spectrum and K-BKZ Constitutive Equation for PVC, NBR and Their Blends
Frequency sweep experiments were performed on poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) as well as their miscible blends PVC/NBR (70/30), PVC/NBR (50/50), and PVC/NBR (30/70) in oscillatory shear.

The Deadman River watershed (British Columbia, Canada) was severely impacted by the Sparks Lake Fire in 2021. Timelapse photogrammetry reveals sharp post‐fire channel widening and increase in migration rate. Through multispectral remote‐sensing analysis, these morphodynamic changes are related to burn severity affecting the watershed.

A Bayesian Framework for Empirical Estimation of Post‐Earthquake Building Inspection Time
Building safety inspections can be an impeding determinant of post‐earthquake recovery, yet their durations remain inadequately quantified because fine‐grained operational data are rarely available. Here, we present a probabilistic Bayesian framework to quantify building‐level inspection time, calibrated against a comprehensive multiagency dataset from

We used E‐Field modeling to compare two TMS dosing paradigms for treating depression at the left DLPFC: real‐time E‐Field guidance (motor‐equivalent targeting) versus conventional 120% motor threshold. Lower DLPFC E‐Field strengths were associated with better clinical outcomes.
