Miniature modular microwave end-to-end receiver [PDF]
An end-to-end microwave receiver system contained in a single miniature hybrid package mounted on a single heatsink is presented. It includes an input end connected to a microwave receiver antenna and an output end which produces a digital count ...

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Torsional Strengthening of RC Beams with Continuous Spiral Near-Surface Mounted Steel Wire Rope
The strength of reinforced concrete members can be enhanced using externally bonded reinforcement (EBR) and near surface mounted (NSM) methods. However, small number of studies has adopted the NSM method for torsional strengthening. To date, no study has

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Near surface mounted CFRP-based technique for the strengthening of concrete structures [PDF]
To assess the effectiveness of the Near Surface Mounted (NSM) strengthening technique, an experimental program was carried out involving reinforced concrete (RC) columns and beams. In columns failing in bending the present work shows that the failure

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Near-surface Mounted Technology in Strengthening Reinforced Concrete Beam
Structural strengthening is essential in civil engineering to ensure the integrity, safety, and longevity of various types of structures. Effective strengthening is required to solve these issues and lengthen the service life of structures as they naturally deteriorate with time. Hence, the use of various strengthening techniques

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Performance of Rubberized RC Beams Flexural-Strengthened Using Near-Surface Mounted Systems
This research investigates the flexural performance of strengthened rubberized concrete beams via bottom, side, and hybrid near-surface mounted (NSM) approaches using GFRP/steel rebars. Eleven strengthened specimens, alongside one control, were subjected
