Negative Selection Algorithm for DNA Sequence Classification

According to revealing the DNA sequence of human and living things, it increases that a demand on a new computational processing method which utilizes DNA sequence information. ABSTRACT Cup‐like nuclei are a distinctive morphological feature observed in certain cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). We provide evidence that they characterize DUX4/ERG ALL independently of IKZF1 deletion and reveal marked mitochondrial accumulation in this ALL subset.

Summary This paper proposes an improved transient negative-sequence calculation formula for a large-capacity nuclear power generator system under unbalanced network conditions. Because of the disadvantages of traditional transient negative-sequence ratings, I2*2 t is concluded to be inadequate for rating the generator imbalance capability.
