Negatyvumas kaip konstituojamasis faktorius šiuolaikinės psichoanalizės ir postmodernizmo kontekste
The article in question is concerned with the possibilities of overlapping of the conceptual fields of the contemporary psychoanalysis and postmarxism. The common foundation of the both theoretical discourses is the anti-essentialist attitude. E. Laclau,

Visual mismatch negativity: a predictive coding view
An increasing number of studies investigate the visual mismatch negativity (vMMN) or use the vMMN as a tool to probe various aspects of human cognition.

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.

Optimal Insurance Contracts without the Non-Negativity Constraint on Indemnities Revisited [PDF]
In the literature on optimal indemnity schedules, indemnities are usually restricted to be non-negative. Gollier (1987) shows that this constraint might well bind: insured could get higher expected utility if insurance contracts would allow payments from

Caring About Errors: Effects of Simulated Interpersonal Touch and Trait Intrinsic Motivation on the Error-Related Negativity [PDF]
These data form the basis of the article: Tjew-A-Sin, M., Tops, M., Heslenfeld, D. J., & Koole, S. L. (2016). Effects of simulated interpersonal touch and trait intrinsic motivation on the error-related negativity.

We develop a digitization-based analysis workflow for characterizing the entropy and correlation structure of truncated bosonic quantum fields after embedding them into small qubit registers, and illustrate it on the steady state of a coherently pumped ...

α‐Synuclein aggregation landscape from phase separation to neurotoxic intermediates
Alpha‐synuclein aggregation in Parkinson's disease involves a complex landscape of transient intermediates, including oligomers, fibrils and liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS). A view is emerging in which LLPS maturation into solid‐like condensates may contribute to the formation of neurotoxic species.

Quench dynamics of negativity Hamiltonians [PDF]
In this paper, we investigate the quench dynamics of the negativity and fermionic negativity Hamiltonians in free fermionic systems. We do this by generalizing a recently developed quasiparticle picture for the entanglement Hamiltonians to tripartite ...

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

Different methods to define utility functions yield different results and engage different neural processes [PDF]
Although the concept of utility is fundamental to many economic theories, up to now a generally accepted method determining a subject’s utility function is not available.
