High‐density type I collagen promotes glutamine (Gln) accumulation–related ferroptosis of TNBC cells via the spermidine/spermine N1‐acetyltransferase 1 (SAT1)‐ argininosuccinate synthase (ASS1) signaling pathway, thus depriving immune cells of Gln supply and inducing IFN‐γ+ CD8+ T cell exhaustion in the TME.

Long‐term prognosis is associated with residual disease after neoadjuvant systemic therapy but not with initial nodal status

This long‐term follow‐up study determined survival rates in a Swedish national cohort of 417 patients with breast cancer who all had neoadjuvant systemic therapy (NAST). MPP8 Facilitates DNA DSB Repair via NHEJ to Promote Chemoresistance of TNBC Independent of Methyl‐H3K9 Binding

Chemoresistance is often linked to elevated DNA repair. MPP8 is found to promote breast cancer chemoresistance as a novel NHEJ accessory factor independent of its epigenetic functions. Health‐related quality of life following total minimally invasive, hybrid minimally invasive or open oesophagectomy: a population‐based cohort study

All patients operated for oesophageal cancer in Sweden from 2013 to April 2018 were identified, and 246 patients were recruited to this population‐based nationwide Swedish study. The results show that longitudinal health‐related quality of life after minimally invasive oesophagectomy was similar to that of the open surgical approach.
