This study develops a cartilage‐targeted DNA origami system (OCS) that protects and delivers si‐Stat3 to chondrocytes. OCS reduces MMP13 expression, enhances extracellular matrix stability, and lowers oxidative stress while improving cell survival. BCG‐Derived Outer Membrane Vesicles Induce TLR2‐Dependent Trained Immunity to Protect Against Polymicrobial Sepsis

B‐OMVs, nanoscale vesicles derived from BCG, are identified as effective and safe inducers of trained immunity that protect against sepsis. Through TLR2‐mediated metabolic and epigenetic reprogramming of hematopoietic stem cells, B‐OMVs enhance inflammatory response and phagocytic activity.
