The application of risk models based on machine learning to predict endometriosis‐associated ovarian cancer in patients with endometriosis

open access: yesActa Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, Volume 101, Issue 12, Page 1440-1449, December 2022., 2022
A risk model based on machine learning was constructed to help predict who are likely to suffer from malignant transformation of endometriosis. It demonstrates that clinical characteristics can be applied to facilitate the early diagnosis of endometriosis‐associated ovarian cancer.

Conebeam CT‐guided 3D MLC‐based spatially fractionated radiation therapy for bulky masses

open access: yesJournal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics, Volume 23, Issue 5, May 2022., 2022
Abstract For fast, safe, and effective management of large and bulky (≥8 cm) non‐resectable tumors, we have developed a conebeam CT‐guided three‐dimensional (3D)‐conformal MLC‐based spatially fractionated radiation therapy (SFRT) treatment. Using an in‐house MLC‐fitting algorithm, Millennium 120 leaves were fitted to the gross tumor volume (GTV ...

Development of standard definitions and grading for Maternal and Fetal Adverse Event Terminology

open access: yesPrenatal Diagnosis, Volume 42, Issue 1, Page 15-26, January 2022., 2022

Diagnostic performance of dynamic contrast‐enhanced magnetic resonance imaging for breast cancer detection: An update meta‐analysis

open access: yesThoracic Cancer, Volume 12, Issue 23, Page 3201-3207, December 2021., 2021
Likelihood ratio and post‐test probability are important indexes of diagnostic tests. In our meta‐analysis, both the positive and negative likelihood ratio and post‐test probability were moderate. Given a pretest probability of 50%, the positive post‐test probability is 77% and the negative post‐test probability is 14%.
