Whole intact tissue electrophoresis of nerve proteins
Journal of Neuroscience Methods, 1993We describe a rapid and simple method for analyzing proteins along the length of a nerve tissue using sodium dodecylsulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). A long length of nerve tissue is placed on a slab gel, layered with SDS-buffer, and electrophoresed.
