Pathomics Signature for Prognosis and CA19‐9 Interception in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma: A Real‐Life, Multi‐Center Study

This study develops a deep learning‐based pathomics model to predict survival outcomes in pancreatic cancer patients. The CrossFormer architecture analyzes routine H&E‐stained tissue slides, identifying key prognostic features including stromal patterns, cellular characteristics, and immune infiltration.

Non‐Targeting shRNA‐Encoded Plasmid DNA Enhances Protective Immunity Through RIDD‐RIG‐I Signaling Pathway in the Zika Virus Animal Model

We present a novel DNA vaccine platform featuring intrinsic, non‐targeting dsRNA that significantly enhances immune responses by activating the regulated IRE1‐dependent decay‐RIG‐I signaling pathway. This research elucidates a previously uncharacterized mechanism for dsRNA‐mediated innate immune activation.

A Non‐Mitophagy Activity of BNIP3L/NIX in Amygdala Glutamatergic Neurons is Essential for Contextual Fear Memory Formation

Contextual fear conditioning induces BNIP3L‐dependent mitochondrial fission in glutamatergic neurons of the BLA, independently of mitophagy. Loss of BNIP3L elevates Drp1Ser637 phosphorylation, thereby suppressing mitochondrial fission, compromising ATP production, and attenuating excitatory synaptic transmission.
