The Emerging 4D Printing of Shape‐Memory Thermomorphs for Self‐Adaptative Biomedical Implants
4D printing enables the creation of smart implants that adapt to changing conditions in the human body over time. At the core of this technology are shape‐memory thermomorphs (SMTMs). This review offers an in‐depth analysis of 4D printing with SMTMs, emphasizing the latest advancements in smart materials, stimuli, programming principles, and their ...

Network topology is important information for many network control and management applications. Network tomography infers network topology from end-to-end measured packet delays or losses, which is more feasible than internal cooperation-based methods ...

Quantifying the connectivity of a network: The network correlation function method [PDF]
Networks are useful for describing systems of interacting objects, where the nodes represent the objects and the edges represent the interactions between them. The applications include chemical and metabolic systems, food webs as well as social networks.

Network topology of the desert rose [PDF]
Desert roses are gypsum crystals that consist of intersecting disks. We determine their geometrical structure using computer assisted tomography. By mapping the geometrical structure onto a graph, the topology of the desert rose is analyzed and compared to a model based on diffusion limited aggregation. By comparing the topology, we find that the model

The non‐fullerene acceptor o‐IDT‐BT‐DCV is used in both binary and ternary blends to investigate the role that it plays in each device architecture. The charge generation pathways are found to differ between the binary and ternary blends with o‐IDT‐BT‐DCV becoming a second donor in the ternary blend.

Degree-layer theory of network topology [PDF]
The network topology can be described by the number of nodes and the interconnections among them. The degree of a node in a network is the number of connections it has to other nodes and the degree distribution is the probability distribution of these degrees over the whole network.

Topology and Content Co-Alignment Graph Convolutional Learning [PDF]
In traditional Graph Neural Networks (GNN), graph convolutional learning is carried out through topology-driven recursive node content aggregation for network representation learning. In reality, network topology and node content are not always consistent because of irrelevant or missing links between nodes.

The topology of local computing in networks
Modeling distributed computing in a way enabling the use of formal methods is a challenge that has been approached from different angles, among which two techniques emerged at the turn of the century: protocol complexes, and directed algebraic topology. In both cases, the considered computational model generally assumes communication via shared objects,
