On p→(x)-Anisotropic Problems with Neumann Boundary Conditions
This work is devoted to the study of a general class of anisotropic problems involving p→(·)-Laplace operator. Based on the variational method, we establish the existence of a nontrivial solution without Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type conditions.

Tweaking one-loop determinants in AdS3
We revisit the subject of one-loop determinants in AdS3 gravity via the quasi-normal mode method. Our goal is to evaluate a one-loop determinant with chiral boundary conditions for the metric field; chirality is achieved by imposing Dirichlet boundary ...

Boundary confining dualities and Askey-Wilson type q-beta integrals
We propose confining dualities of N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = (0, 2) half-BPS boundary conditions in 3d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 supersymmetric SU(N), USp(2n) and SO(N) gauge theories.

X‐ray computed tomography reveals how process‐induced defects evolve from green to sintered states in Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF)‐manufactured 17‐4PH stainless steel. Internal porosity, weakest cross‐sections, and fracture locations show strong correlation with tensile performance, demonstrating the potential of computed tomography (CT)‐based ...

Mean Curvature Flow with a Neumann Boundary Condition in Flat Spaces [PDF]
In this thesis I study mean curvature flow in both Euclidean and Minkowski space with a Neumann boundary condition. In Minkowski space I show that for a convex timelike cone boundary condition, with compatible spacelike initial data, mean curvature flow

Neumann problem on the semi-line for the Burgers equation
In this article, the Neumann problem on the semi-line for the Burgers equation is considered. The problem is reduced to a nonlinear integral equation in one independent variable, whose unique solution is proven to exist for small time.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Computational approaches to initial-boundary value problems with Neumann boundary conditions
In this paper, recursive solution schemes for different boundary value problems and initial-boundary value problems of partial differential equations with Neumann boundary conditions are proposed.

Pointwise observation of the state given by complex time lag parabolic system
Various optimization problems for linear parabolic systems with multiple constant time lags are considered. In this paper, we consider an optimal distributed control problem for a linear complex parabolic system in which different multiple constant time ...

Controllability of degenerate and singular parabolic problems: the double strong case with Neumann boundary conditions [PDF]
We prove a null controllability result for a parabolic problem with Neumann boundary conditions. We consider non smooth coefficients in presence of a strongly singular potential and a strongly degenerate coefficient, both vanishing at an interior point ...
