Post‐Translational Modifications in Cilia and Ciliopathies
This review synthesizes current understanding of post‐translational modifications (PTMs) in ciliary proteins and emphasizes their roles in ciliary formation, homeostasis, and signaling. This review also discusses the implication of PTM dysregulation in ciliopathies and explores therapeutic strategies targeting PTM‐modifying enzymes.

This study identifies MTCH2 as a crucial regulator of ferroptosis in colorectal cancer (CRC) progression. High expression of MTCH2 is correlated with poor prognosis in CRC patients. Furthermore, MTCH2 depletion induces ferroptosis to suppress CRC liver metastasis via the E2F4/TFRC axis and sensitizes tumors to sorafenib treatment, supporting MTCH2 as a

NETs activate the GAS6-AXL-NLRP3 axis in macrophages to drive morphine tolerance
Background The development of morphine tolerance presents a major clinical challenge in the effective management of severe pain. This study aims to explore the mechanisms underlying morphine tolerance from a novel perspective, with the ultimate goal of ...

Organization of the Proteostasis Network of Membraneless Organelles
A comprehensive mapping of the proteostasis network (PN) across membraneless organelles (MLOs) reveals how central PN components coordinate MLO regulation. The analysis uncovers principles of specificity and promiscuity within the PN. The findings suggest that HSP70 chaperones act as generic MLO regulators, while client specific HSP70 co‐chaperones may

β-Amyloid Peptides Are Cytotoxic to Astrocytes in Culture: A Role for Oxidative Stress
β-Amyloid is cytotoxic to neurons in culture by increasing hydrogen peroxide and altering calcium homeostasis. We have evaluated the cytotoxicty of β-amyloid peptides (βA25–35 and βA1–40) and generation of hydrogen peroxide on cortical cultured ...

We demonstrate that Foxp1± mice, modeling FOXP1 haploinsufficiency, exhibit behavioral deficits, striatal neuroinflammatory changes including altered microglial complexity and synaptic pruning, and markedly reduced Pde10a expression. Pde10a inhibition starting immediately after birth restores Foxp1± behavior, microglial morphology, and pruning ...
