Abstract This multicenter retrospective study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of highly purified cannabidiol (CBD) in 22 patients with 15q11.2‐q13.1 duplication or deletion syndromes (15q‐DDS), including 12 with 15q duplication syndrome (dup15q) and 10 with Angelman syndrome (AS). Median (interquartile range [IQR]) age at CBD initiation was 14.5

Research progress on the depth of anesthesia monitoring based on the electroencephalogram
Electroencephalogram (EEG) can noninvasive, continuous, and real‐time monitor the state of brain electrical activity, and the monitoring of EEG can reflect changes in the depth of anesthesia (DOA). The development of artificial intelligence can enable anesthesiologists to extract, analyze, and quantify DOA from complex EEG data.

Immunomodulation of the Prostate Tumor Microenvironment Following Inorganic Arsenic Exposure
ABSTRACT The tumor microenvironment (TME) influences prostate cancer (PCa) progression through stromal and immune interactions. Adipose‐derived mesenchymal stromal cells (ASCs) modulate immune tone, while inorganic arsenic (iAs), a widespread toxicant, is linked to immune suppression and carcinogenesis.

National trends in pediatric sepsis hospitalizations, case mix, and mortality, 2016–2022
Abstract Introduction Sepsis is a life‐threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. We evaluated changes in hospitalizations for children with sepsis between 2016 and 2022 and investigated factors associated with in‐hospital mortality.
