Advances in Atopic Dermatitis Treatment: From Pathogenesis to Natural Product‐Based Therapies

open access: yesPhytotherapy Research, EarlyView.
NPs improve atopic dermatitis mainly include flavonoids, phenols, glycosides, alkaloids, and others. ABSTRACT Atopic dermatitis (AD), a widespread and chronic inflammatory skin disorder, profoundly affects patients' quality of life, imposes significant psychological strain, and adds to the public health burden.

Modulation of miRNAs by Phytochemicals in Cerebral Ischemia: A Systematic Review of In Vitro and In Vivo Studies

open access: yesPhytotherapy Research, EarlyView.
Schematic representation of how phytochemicals modulate miRNA expression to confer neuroprotection in cerebral ischemia. ABSTRACT Phytochemicals gained substantial interest for their protective action in cerebral ischemia. Additionally, there is a growing body of evidence suggesting that miRs play a role in stroke therapy. However, no systematic review

Secretome Profiling in Axon Regeneration: Emerging Techniques and Therapeutic Translation

open access: yesSensory Neuroscience, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The secretome refers to the in vivo ensemble of molecular entities that are found in interstitial spaces. It is then the mere secreted products of the cells, as all biomolecules in the interstitial cellular spaces also undergo modifications. The fractionated secretome may hold potential as a cell‐free therapy option due to its role in tissue ...

Nose‐to‐Brain Delivery of Acyl‐Ghrelin Peptide Gold Nanoconjugates for Treatment of Neurodegenerative Diseases

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Intranasal delivery of acyl‐ghrelin using gold nanorods (AuNRs) is investigated as a strategy for treating neurodegenerative diseases. Acyl‐ghrelin is conjugated to AuNRs under optimized conditions that preserve its bioactivity and prevent nanoparticle cross‐linking.
