Bio‐Inspired Synthesis of Macroporous Single Crystal Particles as Scattering Agents
A general strategy is presented that delivers unique, single‐crystal microparticles that combine submicron macroporosity and uniform particle shapes. A bioinspired approach is used to occlude three distinct types of additives – polystyrene microspheres, polymer vesicles and amino acids – within calcite single crystals, and subsequent thermal annealing ...

Asymptotic behavior of solutions of neutral nonlinear differential equations [PDF]
summary:In this paper we study asymptotic behavior of solutions of second order neutral functional differential equation of the form \[ \Big (x(t)+px(t-\tau )\Big )^{\prime \prime }+f(t,x(t))=0\,.

Submicron Metasurface Reconfigured Multiband Smart Windows
This work presents a submicron metasurface reconfigured multiband thermochromic smart window. By integrating subwavelength nanostructures into a Fabry−Perot resonator configuration, it mitigates conventional trade‐offs to simultaneously deliver high luminous transmittance and robust solar heating and radiative cooling modulation capabilities ...

Shaping Matter with Acoustic Waves: From Particles to Functional Structures
Acoustic‐directed assembly is reviewed as a materials‐oriented strategy for organizing particles, polymers, metals, and biological systems into functional structures. The review distinguishes reversible manipulation from permanent structure formation through medium fixation, particle fixation, and in situ material generation, highlighting routes toward

Clusterization‐triggered emission is realized in dilute aqueous solution by introducing imine linkages into cellulose‐based luminophores. Imine functionalization creates O/N‐rich, hydrogen‐bonded clustered microenvironments that stabilize emissive states and restrict molecular motions. Luminescence is tunable by amine type and multiplicity.

Boundary value problems and differentiability for neutral functional differential equations
This paper is concerned with the existence of solutions of a boundary value problem for neutral differential equations. Specifically, we consider the problem \[ (*)\quad (d/dt)(Dx_ t-g(t,x_ t))=Lx_ t+f(t,x_ t),t\in (0,\tau],Mx_ 0+\int^{\tau}_{0}[d\mu (t)]x_ t=\gamma, \] where M and \(\mu\) (t) are linear operators and \(\gamma\) is a fixed element of a
