Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

S-asymptotically omega-periodic solutions for abstract neutral differential equations
In this article we study the existence of S-asymptotically omega-periodic solutions for abstract neutral functional differential equations recently, introduced in the literature.

An Abstract Neutral Functional Differential Equation Arising From a Cell Population Model [PDF]
In this article, an abstract (infinite dimensional) neutral functional differential equation arising from a cell population model is exhibited. It is then shown that a large class of such equations can be solved by means of the theory of nonlinear ...

Fourth-Order Neutral Differential Equation: A Modified Approach to Optimizing Monotonic Properties [PDF]
In this article, we investigate some qualitative properties of solutions to a class of functional differential equations with multi-delay. Using a modified approach, we first derive a number of optimized relations and inequalities that relate the ...

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

Validity of a Wearable Digital Insole for Assessing Gait ON and OFF in Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Gait impairment is a distinctive symptom of Parkinson's disease that negatively impact mobility. We assessed the validity of wearable digital insoles against a validated reference gait analysis system for measuring select gait characteristics in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods A comparative analysis between digital insoles

Generalized Mean Square Exponential Stability for Stochastic Functional Differential Equations
This work focuses on a class of stochastic functional differential equations and neutral stochastic differential functional equations. By using a new approach, some sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the generalized mean square exponential ...
