This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Reactions of neutral interstellar species
Abstract Recent evidence has shown that low temperature neutral–neutral reactions may be more important in the chemistry of the interstellar medium than originally realized. In this paper, possible chemical reactions among known carbon-, hydrogen- and oxygen-bearing interstellar neutral molecules have been explored theoretically using density ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON VACCINATION OF CALVES WITH RINDERPEST AND BCG VACCINES [PDF]
A preliminary study on calves dually vaccinated with Tissue Culture Rinderpest (TCRPV) and BCG vaccines revealed that the development of serum-Rinderpest neutralizing antibodies was enhanced. The development of cytopathic effect (CPE) of Rinderpest virus

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Isolation and identification of bovine herpes virus -1 (BHV-1) from semen of foreign breeds bulls [PDF]
Bovine herpes virus-1 (BHV-1) was isolated from bull semen by inoculation onto chorioallantoic membrane of specific pathogen free eggs. The isolated virus was identified by agar gel precipitation test, Dot ELISA, pock reduction and neutralization test ...

ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.
