Software Mutational Robustness [PDF]
Neutral landscapes and mutational robustness are believed to be important enablers of evolvability in biology. We apply these concepts to software, defining mutational robustness to be the fraction of random mutations that leave a program's behavior unchanged. Test cases are used to measure program behavior and mutation operators are taken from genetic

Flow‐Induced Vascular Remodeling on‐Chip: Implications for Anti‐VEGF Therapy
Flow‐induced vascular remodeling plays a critical role in network stabilization and function. Using a vasculature‐on‐chip system, this study reveals how physiological VEGF levels and flow affect vascular remodeling and provides insights into tumor vessel normalization.

The temporary transition of macrophages from a pro‐inflammatory phenotype of macrophages (M1) to an anti‐inflammatory phenotype of macrophages (M2) is crucial for tissue repair and regeneration processes. Bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) are utilized as a “trojan horse” for specific M1 macrophage‐targeting and anti‐inflammatory drug delivery ...

An indirect immunofluorescence assay to detect antibodies against St. Louis Encephalitis virus
An in house indirect immmunofluorescence assay ( IFA ) in relation to neutralization (NT) reference test, was assessed as a fast and cheap method to carry out serological surveys for St. Louis Encephalitis virus (SLE). Sera obtained from 213 blood donors

Optical Control of Ferroelectric Imprint in BiFeO3
Above‐bandgap irradiation at room temperature enables on‐demand optical control of defect‐driven built‐in electric fields in BiFeO₃ thin films, fabricated via scalable, chemical spray pyrolysis. These fields, otherwise “frozen‐in,” can cause severe device degradation, including non‐switchable polarization, dead layers near interfaces, and polarization ...

Test of Bell Locality Violation in Flavor Entangled Neutral Meson Pair [PDF]
The quasi-spin entanglement of neutral mesons to test the Bell nonlocality is systematically studied. In the case of CP violation, the concrete expression of the Bell inequality for entangled neutral meson pairs is derived. The violation of Bell inequality in the oscillations of $B_d^0-\bar{B}_d^0$, $B_s^0-\bar{B}_s^0$, $D^0-\bar{D}^0$ and $K^0-\bar{K}^

MXene dervied CoFe composites show increased initial Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER) activity compared to the pure CoFe and MXene in an Anion Exchange Membrane device. Vanadium vacancies in the MXene plays a role in increased OER activity and hinders Fe leaching in the AEM device over using the pure V2C MXene as a support material for the CoFe ...

Neutral test particle dynamics around the Bardeen-AdS black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy [PDF]
Dynamics of neutral test particles in the spacetime of a Bardeen AdS black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy is studied. First, we analyze the properties of the black hole and possible values of the monopole charge and quintessential parameters that allows the existence of the event horizon.
