This study reports a novel targeted protein degradation strategy termed “HSP70‐PROTAC” that recruits Hsc70 complex to a target protein for inducing degradation. Among them, GDAz‐3 exhibits effective GPX4 degradation activity via UPS/CMA processes, triggering ferroptosis‐driven anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo.

Broadly Neutralizing Antiviral Antibodies
Annual Review of Immunology, 2013A fascinating aspect of viral evolution relates to the ability of viruses to escape the adaptive immune response. The widely held view has been that the great variability of viral glycoproteins would be an absolute obstacle to the development of antibody-based therapies or vaccines that could confer broad and long-lasting protection.
