Choroid Plexus Fibroblast–ILC2 Niche Promotes Adult Hippocampal Neurogenesis after Traumatic Brain Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates the role of group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2) in the choroid plexus (ChP) following traumatic brain injury (TBI). ILC2 accumulation alleviates immune infiltration, preserves hippocampal integrity, and improves sensory‐motor and memory functions.

Eosinophils‐Induced Lumican Secretion by Synovial Fibroblasts Alleviates Cartilage Degradation via the TGF‐β Pathway Mediated by Anxa1 Binding

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Eosinophils play a crucial role in the progression of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA). This study demonstrates that eosinophils, induced by OVA/IL‐5, promote Lumican secretion in the synovium, which binds to Annexin A1 in chondrocytes, inhibiting transforming growth factor β2 and Smad2/3 phosphorylation.

Scaffolding Protein ENH Promotes Tumor Angiogenesis and Growth Through Macrophage Recruitment and Polarization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In tumor cells, ENH prompts the interaction between YAP and KPNA2. This interaction enables YAP to translocate into the nucleus, where it enhances the transcription of CCL5. Consequently, this up‐regulation of CCL5 drives the infiltration of tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) and their polarization toward the M2 phenotype, ultimately facilitating ...

Semaphorin 3E‐Plexin‐D1 Pathway Downstream of the Luteinizing Hormone Surge Regulates Ovulation, Granulosa Cell Luteinization, and Ovarian Angiogenesis in Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Semaphorin 3E (Sema3E)‐Plexin‐D1 pathway mediated by C/EBPα and C/EBPβ downstream of the luteinizing hormone (LH) surge plays important roles in the mouse preovulatory ovary. Timely activation and suppression of this pathway during the preovulatory stage are crucial for ovulation, corpus luteum formation, and proper angiogenesis.
