Microstructural characterization of phospholipid membranes and study of their interaction with peptides and proteins. [PDF]
In the present thesis, a wide structural and functional study on biomembranes is presented. The research has been focused on the micro- and mesostructure of phospholipid bilayers and on their interactions with different peptides which are involved in ...

In GdMn2O5, sublattice‐resolved EXAFS and diffraction analysis reveal pronounced spin‐phonon coupling and an unexpected opposing pressure response: the Mn‐driven Néel temperature slightly decreases while the Gd‐sublattice ordering temperature rises under pressures up to 0.86 GPa.

Engineered Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 with a tannic acid‐mediated BPA coating enables tumor‐targeted boron delivery for BNCT. The low‐level incidental radiation generated during BNCT activate a RecA‐driven circuit to induce CXCL10, while radiation‐enhanced bacterial colonization triggers in situ vaccination and systemic antitumor immunity.

A core‐shell ASA slurry additive constructs a mosaic‐like interface on high‐voltage NCM811 cathodes. This architecture decouples interfacial functions: the elastomeric core buffers mechanical stress to prevent microcracking, while the conductive shell facilitates rapid ion/electron transport, enabling mechanical‐electrical dual regulation and enhanced ...
