CRISPR and Gene Augmentation Rescue Trabecular Meshwork Dysfunction in iPSC Models of Lowe Syndrome

By modeling Lowe syndrome using patient‐derived iPSCs, this study establishes a human disease model that faithfully recapitulates OCRL deficiency‐associated ciliary and cytoskeletal defects. Engineering Na‐Rich P2‐Type Layered Oxides Through Li/Ti Dual Doping for Oxygen Redox Activation and Superior Structural Stability

Advanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
P2‐type sodium layered oxides have potential for high‐voltage operation but suffer from structural instability and capacity fading. This work demonstrates that synergistic Li and Ti co‐doping enhances sodium inventory, suppresses detrimental phase transitions, and activates reversible lattice oxygen redox.

This work analyzes blended LFP‐NMC cathodes for all solid state batteries, revealing their balanced rate performance and enhanced thermal properties. Operando X‐ray diffraction studies uncovered lithiation gradients and asymmetric charging effects due to kinetic limitations.

ABSTRACT Some rural counties remain dependent on agricultural or manufacturing jobs, but an increasing proportion have diversified economics. Rural counties also differ in their abilities to commute to an urban market characterized by higher wages and labor productivity.
