Reverse Genetics of Newcastle Disease Virus [PDF]
Reverse genetics allows for the generation of recombinant viruses or vectors used in functional studies, vaccine development, and gene therapy. This technique enables genetic manipulation and cloning of viral genomes, gene mutation through site-directed mutagenesis, along with gene insertion or deletion, among other studies. An in vitro infection-based

ABSTRACT The Lean Service 5.0 concept improves service operations through sociotechnical innovation, while the Circular Economy enables sustainable processes. Thus, this research aims to empirically diagnose the key enablers of adopting LS5.0 in the dairy production system from the CE perspective. To achieve this objective, we conducted a multiple case

Evolutionary dynamics of Newcastle disease virus
A comprehensive dataset of NDV genome sequences was evaluated using bioinformatics to characterize the evolutionary forces affecting NDV genomes. Despite evidence of recombination in most genes, only one event in the fusion gene of genotype V viruses produced evolutionarily viable progenies.

Harvesting AAV by tangential flow filtration using reverse asymmetric membranes
Abstract Efficient bioreactor clarification for harvesting virus particles is often challenging. Tangential flow filtration is attractive as it can be easily adapted for batch and perfusion operations. Here the feasibility of using reverse asymmetric hollow fiber membranes, where the more open support structure faces the feed stream, has been ...

Nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used for pain and inflammation but are associated with gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding. While this risk is well established, most studies evaluate NSAIDs as a homogenous class, limiting clinical decision‐making based on individual agent safety.
