Respiratory Medicine Case ReportsWe report a case of paraneoplastic pemphigus presenting with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure due to bronchiolitis obliterans which improved with high dose systemic corticosteroids, rituximab, niacinamide and doxycycline.

Experimental Biology and Medicine, 1960 SummaryNiacinamide in large doses (3-5 g) administered intravenously increased significantly cerebral blood flow and cerebral oxygen consumption, but decreased mean arterial blood pressure and cerebral vascular resistance in dogs. This drug in small doses had no such effects.
