On the stochastic global dynamics of the delayed Nicholson’s blowflies model

Journal of Mathematical Biology
The well-known class of Nicholson's blowflies equations is considered under stochastic perturbations of the white noise type. We are concerned about the stability of the zero solution x 0 which means the extinction of the species of Nicholson's blowflies, and the positive equilibrium x ∗ which means their persistence.

Dynamical behavior of a stochastic Nicholson’s blowflies model with distributed delay and degenerate diffusion

Nonlinear Dynamics, 2021
The mathematical model with time delay is often more practical because it is subject to current and past state. What remains unclear are the details, such as how time delay and sudden environmental changes influence the dynamic behavior of systems. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the long-time behavior of a stochastic Nicholson’s blowflies ...

NOVEL STABILITY CONDITIONS FOR SOME GENERALIZATION OF NICHOLSON’S BLOWFLIES MODEL WITH STOCHASTIC PERTURBATIONS

The ANZIAM Journal, 2022
We consider a generalization of the well-known nonlinear Nicholson blowflies model with stochastic perturbations. Stability in probability of the positive equilibrium of the considered equation is studied.

Delay‐dependent criteria on the global attractivity of Nicholson's blowflies model with patch structure

Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, 2017
In this paper, we investigate the effect of delay on the asymptotic behavior of Nicholson's blowflies model with patch structure and multiple time‐varying delays. By using the fluctuation lemma and some differential inequality technique, delay‐dependent criteria are obtained for the global attractivity of the addressed system. Meanwhile, some numerical

DYNAMICS OF DELAYED NICHOLSON’S BLOWFLIES MODELS

Journal of Biological Systems, 2022
The extinction and the persistence of the population of the harmful sheep blowfly (Lucilia cuprina) are discussed in this paper through a stochastic mathematical model. Using appropriate Lyapunov functionals, the extinction of these flies depends on the time to oviposition and the time between generations.

Stability and Neimark–Sacker bifurcation for a discrete Nicholson's blowflies model with proportional delay

Journal of difference equations and applications (Print), 2021
In this paper, we revisit a Nicholson's blowflies model with proportional delay, the stability and bifurcation of whose discrete version have not been studied.
