Macromolecular Rapid Communications, EarlyView.A comprehensive three‐mechanism framework governing PEO crystallization orientation in thin films was established using GIWAXS and molecular‐level PM‐IRRAS analysis. We demonstrate systematic switching between shear‐induced edge‐on and confinement‐ or homoepitaxy‐induced flat‐on alignment.
