Formation of niobium oxides by electrolysis from acidic aqueous solutions on glassy carbon [PDF]

open access: yesMacedonian Journal of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, 2019
In this study niobium oxide films were formed without peroxo-precursors from three different mixed acidic aqueous solutions on glassy carbon. Linear sweep voltammetry and potential step were techniques used for electrochemical experiments.

RF and Surface Properties of Bulk Niobium and Niobium Film Samples [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
The surface resistance Rs of superconducting cavities can be obtained from the unloaded quality factor Q0. Since RS varies strongly over the cavity surface its value must be interpreted as averaged over the whole cavity surface.

Electrospun niobium oxide 1D nanostructures and their applications in textile industry wastewater treatment [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of the Polish Academy of Sciences: Technical Sciences, 2023
Textile industry emits daily huge amounts of sewage rich in non-biodegradable organic compounds, especially in textile dyes. Such contaminants are highly soluble in water, which makes their removal difficult.

Ti-Nb Mineralization of Late Carbonatites and Role of Fluids in Its Formation: Petyayan-Vara Rare-Earth Carbonatites (Vuoriyarvi Massif, Russia)

open access: yesGeosciences, 2018
This article is devoted to the geology of titanium-rich varieties of the Petyayan-Vara rare-earth dolomitic carbonatites in Vuoriyarvi, Northwest Russia. Analogues of these varieties are present in many carbonatite complexes. The aim of this study was to
