This study demonstrates that in high‐alloy systems, nanoclusters with high solute tolerance can effectively suppress compositional segregation. This mitigation leads to a concurrent 18.7% increase in strength and 41.5% improvement in ductility, which is attributed to a shear‐bypass synergistic strengthening mechanism. The findings provide a new pathway

Binder‐free NiCo(PO4)3·2H2O nanosheets are directly grown on nickel foam via a scalable hydrothermal route. The hydrated mixed‐metal phosphate enables battery‐type charge storage and, when paired with activated carbon, delivers a high‐performance supercapattery with high energy density and long‐term cycling stability.

Reimagining Child Placement: Insights From First Nations and Inuit Foster Parents in Québec
ABSTRACT This article highlights how Indigenous foster parents are reimagining child placement in child welfare systems. Drawing on qualitative research involving 40 foster families from First Nations and Inuit communities in Québec, and using an interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA), we explore how these families' culturally rooted practices ...
