Neuritic plaques increase in the intermediate stage of Alzheimer's neuropathological change. The intermediate stage of Alzheimer's disease was investigated by transcriptomics and immunohistochemistry. This revealed that inflammasome sensors NLRP1, NLRP3, and AIM2 oligomerize with ASC speck to form the inflammasome complex and initiate the downstream ...

Autophagy in MASLD: A Metabolic and Precision Medicine Perspective
ABSTRACT Metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is the most common chronic liver condition worldwide and a major contributor to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). While metabolic triggers such as obesity and insulin resistance are key drivers of MASLD, growing evidence has identified defects in intracellular quality

LURP1, a SARD1‐regulated protein, coordinates with the helper NLR ADR1 to promote plant immunity
The working model of LURP1 function in plant immunity. Upon pathogen infection, SARD1/CBP60g promotes the transcription of LURP1 directly. LURP1 likely functions as an adaptor protein that associates with the PRRs–BAK1 complexes at the plasma membrane (PM) while also interacts with the ADR1 family helper NLRs.

Defective NLRC5 signaling in macrophages drives TAM phenotype and anti‐inflammatory responses via STAT3/ERK, leading to tumor‐permissive conditions and gastric lymphoid neogenesis during Helicobacter infection. ABSTRACT The innate immune protein NLRC5 plays a key role in cancer immune surveillance.
