Quasi-rational solutions of the NLS equation and rogue waves
We degenerate solutions of the NLS equation from the general formulation in terms of theta functions to get quasi-rational solutions of NLS equations. For this we establish a link between Fredholm determinants and Wronskians. We give solutions of the NLS

The cysteine redox state of the Hendra virus W (WHeV) protein controls assembly into fibrils or amorphous aggregates, with residues 2–29 required for fibrillation. In cells, WHeV forms different types of nuclear condensates. Impaired ability to form redox‐sensitive, non‐filamentous condensates reduces WHeV inhibition of the NF‐κB pathway, while it ...

Dynamic Regulation of Endogenous Transcription Factor Hubs at Single‐Molecule Resolution
This study combines single‐molecule microscopy and genome editing to characterize the dynamic behaviors of endogenous oncofusion transcription factor EWS::FLI1 in Ewing sarcoma cells. EWS::FLI1 forms neomorphic hubs that dynamically assemble and dissolve. The hubs are regulated during mitosis, by RNA, and by specific chemicals.

Rational Solutions to the Fourth Equation of the Nonlinear Schrödinger Hierarchy
This study concerns the research of rational solutions to the hierarchy of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation. In particular, we are interested in the equation of order 4. Rational solutions to the fourth equation of the NLS hierarchy are constructed and

A Phosphorylation‐Induced Micellization Switch in the Low‐Complexity Domain of TDP‐43
Phosphorylation of TAR DNA‐binding protein's 43 kDa (TDP‐43) low‐complexity domain by casein kinase 1 delta (CK1δ) acts as a molecular switch, redirecting its self‐assembly from macroscopic phase separation toward finite‐sized, spherical block‐copolymer micelles of ∼30 nm.

Differential Relations for the Solutions to the NLS Equation and Their Different Representations
Solutions to the focusing nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation (NLS) of order $N$ depending on $2N-2$ real parameters in terms of wronskians and Fredholm determinants are given.

Programmable Nanobody‐Targeting Chimeras Enable Intracellular Viral Protein Degradation
Nab‐TAC enables targeted degradation of HBV surface antigen (HBsAg) in vivo. By fusing nanobody‐based recognition domains with programmable proteasome‐recruiting degradation signals, Nab‐TAC reduces HBsAg levels in a hydrodynamic HBV mouse model. ABSTRACT Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection remains a major global health challenge, largely because

Quantum Integrable 1D anyonic Models: Construction through Braided Yang-Baxter Equation
Applying braided Yang-Baxter equation quantum integrable and Bethe ansatz solvable 1D anyonic lattice and field models are constructed. Along with known models we discover novel lattice anyonic and q-anyonic models as well as nonlinear Schrödinger ...
