Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2000 目的研究NM23基因与儿童恶性肿瘤分期、分化及转移的关系，为肿瘤的预后判断提供依据。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测18例肾母细胞瘤和11例神经母细胞瘤中NM23－H1蛋白的表达情况。结果18例肾母细胞瘤中，NM23H1蛋白阳性者11例，阳性率61．1％，I、II期及无转移组明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期及转移组，而与预后结构型无关。11例神经母细胞瘤中，NM23－H1蛋白阳性者6例，阳性宰54．5％，无转移组显著高于转移组，而与分期无关。结论在肾母细胞瘤和神经母细胞瘤中NM23－H1蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤转移抑制正相关 ...
