Real-time scan-free non-line-of-sight imaging
Real-time non-line-of-sight imaging is crucial for practical applications. Among existing methods, transient methods present the best visual reconstruction ability.

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to examine time perception (i.e., the sense of the duration, order and passage of time) and event‐ and time‐based prospective memory (PM; i.e., the ability to recall an intention to perform an action in the future) in adults across the wider autism spectrum including those with intellectual disabilities.

Stereo non-line-of-sight imaging
Abstract Transient non-line-of-sight imaging techniques reconstruct hidden scenes by analyzing the time of flight of light scattered off a visible secondary surface, or relay wall. Despite many promising approaches, all face the inherent problem of the missing cone, which restricts surface visibility based on their position and ...

This work proposes the synthesis of carbon‐based nanostructured materials obtained using ZnO as both nanos‐ template and catalysts simultaneously. During the synthesis, GO was used as a stabiliser, preventing the collapse of the 3D structure and improving its properties in terms of capacitance and surface area.

Creating space(s) for learning in prison: Developing an andragogical framework
Abstract Learning in prison is too often excluded from wider discussions of educational experiences, processes and impact. This paper proposes, for the first time, an iterative andragogical framework to conceptualise learning spaces within prison contexts.

Abstract There is much interest in the potential for an alternative funding system for higher education students in England to support the spiritual and worldly needs of British Muslim students. At the heart of this issue lies a tension over whether the student financing system in English HE is haram, or forbidden under Islamic (Shari'ah) law, because ...

A Post-Processing Multipath/NLoS Bias Estimation Method Based on DBSCAN
Positioning based on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSSs) in urban environments always suffers from multipath and Non-Line-of-Sight (NLoS) effects. In such conditions, the GNSS pseudorange measurements can be affected by biases disrupting the GNSS-

Transient Non-Line-of-Sight Imaging.
Sight is perhaps the most important sense of the human species. But while it allows us to gain a near-instant understanding of our surrounding, it has a fundamental limitation: An object can be hidden from view if it is occluded by an obstacle such as a building or a car.
