Research on Sexist Language in EFL Literature: Towards a Non-Sexist Approach [PDF]
[EN] Centred on studies on language and gender, this article presents the results of a discourse analysis that examines the discourse practices of some of the most representative EFL textbooks published in the last decades in Spain. The analysis shows that women were subrepresented in the textbooks published in the last decades of the 20th century.
