Reaction-diffusion system of equations in non-stationary medium and arbitrary non-smooth domains

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2010
A system of non-linear partial differential equations describing one-step irreversible reaction, reactant to product, in a non-stationary medium and non-smooth domain is considered. After obtaining the necessary a priori estimates, the existence of a

Design a Fuzzy PID Controller for Trajectory Tracking of Mobile Robot [PDF]

open access: yesEngineering and Technology Journal, 2018
In this paper, a trajectory tracking control for a non-holonomic differential wheeled mobile robot (WMR) system is presented. A big number of investigations have been used the kinematic model of mobile robot which is a nonlinear model in nature, thus a ...

Dammarenediol II enhances etoposide‐induced apoptosis by targeting O‐GlcNAc transferase and Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling in liver cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Reliability Analysis of a Limited-Capacity Dual-Repair System with Hybrid Vacation Policies [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences
This study investigates the reliability of a machine dual-repair system (MDRS) with limited capacity and multiple operational vacations (OV). Multiple operational vacation is a mechanism that involves the process of the two types of vacation, one as ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Bioconvection attribution for effective thermal transportation of upper convicted Maxwell nanofluid flow due to an extending cylindrical surface

open access: yesCase Studies in Thermal Engineering, 2022
The growth of compact density heat gadgets demands effective thermal transportation. The option of nanofluid plays a dynamic role in this requirement.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Limit cycles for discontinuous generalized Lienard polynomial differential equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2013
We divide $\mathbb{R}^2$ into sectors $S_1,\dots ,S_l$, with $l>1$ even, and define a discontinuous differential system such that in each sector, we have a smooth generalized Lienard polynomial differential equation $\ddot{x}+f_i(x)\dot{x} +g_i(x)=0$,

Design of A Finite-Time Adaptive Controller for Image-Based Uncalibrated Visual Servo Systems with Uncertainties in Robot and Camera Models

open access: yesSensors, 2023
Aiming at the time-varying uncertainties of robot and camera models in IBUVS (image-based uncalibrated visual servo) systems, a finite-time adaptive controller is proposed based on the depth-independent Jacobian matrix. Firstly, the adaptive law of depth
