Dynamic of a nonautonomous two-species impulsive competitive system with infinite delays
In this paper, we consider a nonautonomous two-species impulsive competitive system with infinite delays. By the impulsive comparison theorem and some mathematical analysis, we investigate the permanence, extinction and global attractivity of the system,

Lie symmetries of (1+2) nonautonomous evolution equations in Financial Mathematics
We analyse two classes of $(1+2)$ evolution equations which are of special interest in Financial Mathematics, namely the Two-dimensional Black-Scholes Equation and the equation for the Two-factor Commodities Problem.

Entropy of Nonautonomous Dynamical Systems [PDF]
Different notions of entropy play a fundamental role in the classical theory of dynamical systems. Unlike many other concepts used to analyze autonomous dynamics, both measure-theoretic and topological entropy can be extended quite naturally to discrete-time nonautonomous dynamical systems given in the process formulation.

Justice Between Coexisting Generations: Birth Cohorts or Age Groups?
ABSTRACT This paper will deal with intergenerational justice, focusing on the relationship between coexisting generations. The first section will be reserved for some conceptual clarifications on the concept of justice, on the distinction between age groups and birth cohorts, and on the specificity of age as a category for apportioning benefits and ...

We considered a nonautonomous two dimensional predator-prey system with impulsive effect. Conditions for the permanence of the system and for the existence of a unique stable periodic solution are obtained.

On Minimality of Nonautonomous Dynamical Systems [PDF]
The minimality of a nonautonomous dynamical system given by a compact Hausdorff space X and a sequence of continuous self-maps of X is studied. A sufficient condition for the nonminimality of such a system is formulated. Special attention is given to the particular case where X is a real compact interval I.

The choice argument for proportional representation
Abstract What electoral system should a democracy choose? I argue for proportional representation (PR). My main empirical premise is Duverger's law: Under PR there are more viable candidates in district‐level elections than there are under single‐member plurality (SMP) systems.

The restricted three-body problem (R3BP) and restricted four-body problem (R4BP) are modeled based on the rotating frame. The conservative autonomous system for the R3BP and nonautonomous system with period parametric resonance due to the fourth body are

The Intestine as a Lifespan- and Proteostasis-Promoting Signaling Tissue
In multicellular organisms such as Caenorhabditis elegans, cellular stress stimuli and responses are communicated between tissues to promote organismal health- and lifespan.
