Ordinary differential equations with nonlinear boundary conditions of antiperiodic type
The quasilinearization method is successfully applied to differential problems with nonlinear boundary conditions of antiperiodic type. Given are sufficient conditions under which the monotone iterations converge quadratically to a unique solution of our

In this article, we analyze the limit of the solutions of nonlinear elliptic equations with Neumann boundary conditions, when nonlinear terms are concentrated in a region which neighbors the boundary of domain and this boundary presents a highly ...

Dynamics of reaction diffusion equations under nonlinear boundary conditions
In this Note we study the asymptotic behavior of reaction diffusion equations with nonlinear boundary conditions. We obtain balance conditions between the reaction term and the nonlinear flux term which imply boundedness of solutions or blow-up in finite

New features on yttria‐stabilized zirconia after exposure at 1500°C: Newly discovered pyramidal structures on an old material. After exposure at 1550°C on the cross section of YSZ new features, namely pyramidal structures are discovered. These structures grow with time, increase in numbers, appear as singularities, are often arranged in strings, and ...

Existence of Reaction-Diffusion Waves with Nonlinear Boundary Conditions
International audienceThe paper is devoted to a reaction-diffusion equation in an infinite two-dimensional strip with nonlinear boundary conditions. The existence of travelling waves is proved in the bistable case by the Leray-Schauder method.

Second order systems with nonlinear nonlocal boundary conditions
This paper is concerned with the second order differential equation with not necessarily linear nonlocal boundary condition. The existence of solutions is obtained using the properties of the Leray–Schauder degree. The results generalize and improve some

Second order systems with nonlinear boundary conditions [PDF]
Some existence theorems are established for nonlinear second order systems with nonlinear two point boundary conditions. The system is assumed to satisfy certain differential inequality conditions at the boundary of a region.

Mg–Zn composites with a thickness of 0.21 mm were fabricated using roll bonding of a kirigami‐patterned Mg alloy inlay within a Zn matrix. Thermal activation following this process led to the formation of tailored intermetallic structures, which provided the composite with enhanced flexural strength.
