Control of nonlinear underactuated systems [PDF]
In this paper we introduce a new method to design control laws for non-linear underactuated systems. Our method produces an infinite dimensional family of control laws, whereas most control techniques only produce a finite dimensional family.

On the controllability of a nonlinear control system
Nonlinear, time-invariant, finite-dimensional control systems are considered. Sufficient conditions for local controllability and global complete controllability are formulated. In the special case of a linear, finite-dimensional, time-invariant control systems these conditions are also necessary.
