Controllability of Perturbed Nonlinear Systems

IMA Journal of Mathematical Control and Information, 1989
Summary: Sufficient conditions for complete controllability of perturbed nonlinear systems with implicit derivative are given. The results are a generalization of the previous results of the author [IEE Proc., Part D 132, 14-17 (1985; Zbl 0554.93012)], \textit{G. Anchini, G. Conti} and \textit{P. Zecca} [Note Mat. 6, 99-111 (1986; Zbl 0612.93008)], and

Nonlinear System Control Strategies

Advanced Materials Research, 2013
A nonlinear model of a liquid level process is obtained on the analysis of its nonlinear characteristics. Then a practical nonlinear system control strategy of the liquid level process based on single chip computer is presented. By measuring the liquid level and flow rate, two key parameters of the liquid level process, the amplification coefficient ...

Global Controllability of Nonlinear Systems

SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, 1976
This paper examines the relationship between the structure of the reachable set for nonlinear systems and the properties of the Lie algebras of vector fields associated with nonlinear systems. An expression for the reachable set at time t is obtained for a large class of nonlinear systems using unbounded controls.

Controllability of nonlinear control systems

1986 25th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 1986
Controllability properties of analytic affine control systems ? with an arbitrary number of controls and no a priori bounds are studied, without any restriction on the dimension of the Lie algebra T' generated by the input vector fields. Sufficient conditions for local controllability at a point are presented, involving the Lie brackets at that point ...

Reinforcement nonlinear control system

SMC'98 Conference Proceedings. 1998 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (Cat. No.98CH36218), 2002
In the paper a method called the reinforcement nonlinear control system (RNCS) is proposed for intelligent control of nonlinear systems. The RNCS integrates two artificial neural networks (ANNs) into a learning system. One of the ANNs plays a role of identification predictor and the other as a linearization controller.

QUANTITATIVE CONTROLLABILITY INDEXES OF NONLINEAR SYSTEMS

Дифференциальные уравнения
The problem of optimal choice of system parameters with respect to a given control quality criterion is studied. To compare systems with different parameter values, a quantitative estimation of controllability is introduced. This estimation is based on the average value of the function that defines the quality criterion.

Nonlinear Perturbations of Control-Semilinear Control Systems

SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, 1982
We consider the class of nonlinear, autonomous control systems on a differentiable manifold that depend semilinearly on the control variable. This class includes the much-studied class of control-linear systems. For such control-semilinear systems, we prove that global controllability is preserved under nonlinear perturbations satisfying a mild ...

Singular H control for nonlinear systems

International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, 1997
SUMMARY This paper presents a solution to the singular H = control problem via state feedback for a class of nonlinear systems. It is shown that the problem of almost disturbance decoupling with stability plays a fundamental role in the solution of the considered problem.
