A Least Squares Differential Quadrature Method for a Class of Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations of Fractional Order

open access: yesMathematics, 2020
In this paper a new method called the least squares differential quadrature method (LSDQM) is introduced as a straightforward and efficient method to compute analytical approximate polynomial solutions for nonlinear partial differential equations with ...

THE AUTOMODEL SOLUTIONS OF COMPLEX VALUED NONLINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION IN PARTIAL DERIVATIVES

open access: yesВестник Северо-Кавказского федерального университета, 2022
The aim of this article is to find the automodel solutions of nonlinear equation in partial derivatives with the complex valued function. The system of equations, which equivalent to the observable model, is examined at the beginning of the article. The modification of the system to the type, which allows to get the automodel solutions, is shown.

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Sarilumab in Polyarticular‐Course Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis: Dose‐Finding and 1‐Year Analysis of a Phase 2b, Open‐Label, Multicenter Study

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective This study assessed sarilumab in treating patients with polyarticular‐course juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA). Methods This phase 2b, open‐label study (NCT02776735) consisted of three sequential parts (each with a core‐treatment and extension phase).

On the solvability of the tracking problem in the optimization of the thermal process by moving point controls

open access: yesҚарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. Математика сериясы, 2021
In the present article we investigate problems of tracking in the moving point control of thermal processes described by Fredholm integro-differential equations in partial derivatives with the Fredholm integral operator, in the case when the functions ...

Symmetries and conservation laws of high-order systems of partial differential equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Conservation laws for nonlinear partial di erential equations (pdes) have been determined through di erent approaches. In this dissertation, we study conservation laws for some third-order systems of pdes, viz., some versions of the Boussinesq ...

Does the complex deformation of the Riemann equation exhibit shocks?

open access: yes, 2007
The Riemann equation $u_t+uu_x=0$, which describes a one-dimensional accelerationless perfect fluid, possesses solutions that typically develop shocks in a finite time. This equation is $\cP\cT$ symmetric.

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, Volume 39, Issue 3, Page 566-581, March 2025.
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.
