EXISTENCE AND STRONG RELAXATION THEOREMS FOR NONLINEAR EVOLUTION INCLUSIONS [PDF]

open access: yesEXISTENCE AND STRONG RELAXATION THEOREMS FOR NONLINEAR EVOLUTION INCLUSIONS
application/pdf In this paper we study nonlinear evolution inclusions defined on a Gelfand triple of spaces. First we prove an existence and compactness result for the set of solutions of the "convex" problems. Then we look at extrenal solutions and show that under reasonable hypotheses such solutions exist.

Nonlinear Delay Evolution Inclusions on Graphs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We prove a necessary and a sufficient condition for a time-dependent closed set to be viable with respect to a delay evolution inclusion. An application to a null controllability problem is also included.

Nonlinear Finite Element Modelling of Thermo-Visco-Plastic Styrene and Polyurethane Shape Memory Polymer Foams

open access: yesActuators, 2021
This paper presents nonlinear finite element (FE) models to predict time- and temperature-dependent responses of shape memory polymer (SMP) foams in the large deformation regime.

Evolution inclusions of the subdifferential type depending on a parameter [PDF]

open access: yes, 1992
summary:In this paper we study evolution inclusions generated by time dependent convex subdifferentials, with the orientor field $F$ depending on a parameter.

A VIABILITY RESULT FOR NONLINEAR TIME DEPENDENT EVOLUTION INCLUSIONS [PDF]

open access: yesA VIABILITY RESULT FOR NONLINEAR TIME DEPENDENT EVOLUTION INCLUSIONS
application/pdf In this paper, we establish the existence of viable solutions for a class of nonlinear time dependent evolution equations. Our proof uses Galerkin approximations and a recent finite dimensional result of Deimling [6]. Then we use our viability theorem to prove the existence of admissible trajectories, for a class of nonlinear, time ...

Boundary value problems for semilinear evolution inclusions: Carathéodory selections approach [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
summary:In this paper we prove two existence theorems for abstract boundary value problems controlled by semilinear evolution inclusions in which the nonlinear part is a lower Scorza-Dragoni multifunction.

Nonsmooth Analysis of doubly nonlinear evolution equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
. In this paper we analyze a broad class of abstract doubly nonlinear evolution equa-tions in Banach spaces, driven by nonsmooth and nonconvex energies. We provide some general sufficient conditions, on the dissipation potential and the energy functional,

Numerical study of coagulation of dispersed inclusions during injection of droplet fractions into a flow of dusty medium [PDF]

open access: yesИзвестия Саратовского университета. Новая серия: Математика. Механика. Информатика
The paper presents a numerical solution to the problem of coagulation of solid particles and droplets during the injection of a gas-droplet flow into a gas suspension flow.

Mathematical modelling of the elastic behavior of structured geophysical media

open access: yesГеофизический журнал, 2017
Article is retracted From the viewpoint of modern concepts of nonlinear geophysics, the presence of the hierarchical block structure, anisotropy and heterogeneities is the defining property of the natural medium in particular of the Earth’s crust.
