COMPARISON OF APPROACHES TO UNKNOWN PARAMETERS IDENTIFICATION IN GYRO DRIFT MODEL [PDF]

open access: yesНаучно-технический вестник информационных технологий, механики и оптики, 2018
The paper proposes a model of floated gyro drift, used in a platform-based inertial navigation system, which takes into account temperature effects. We consider a problem of unknown parameters identification in a mathematical model of floated gyro drift.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Distributed High-Degree Cubature Information Filter With Embedded Hybrid Consensus

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
To settle the problem of distributed nonlinear state estimation in sensor networks with naive nodes, a novel distributed high-degree cubature information filter with embedded hybrid consensus (DHCIF) is proposed.

Sparse and Random Sampling Techniques for High-Resolution, Full-Field, BSS-Based Structural Dynamics Identification from Video

open access: yesSensors, 2020
Video-based techniques for identification of structural dynamics have the advantage that they are very inexpensive to deploy compared to conventional accelerometer or strain gauge techniques. When structural dynamics from video is accomplished using full-

On nonlinear filter generators [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
In this paper the bits in a linear feedback shift register are treated as if they were independent random variables. A necessary condition for filter functions which result in independent random output bits is given. An example shows that the sufficient condition given by Golic in [2] is not necessary.

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Experimental Investigation of Angular Stackgram Filtering for Noise Reduction of SPECT Projection Data: Study with Linear and Nonlinear Filters

open access: yesInternational Journal of Biomedical Imaging, 2007
We discuss data filtering prior to image reconstruction. For this kind of filtering, the radial direction of the sinogram is routinely employed. Recently, we have introduced an alternative approach to sinogram data processing, exploiting the angular ...

A Particle Filter for Smartphone-Based Indoor Pedestrian Navigation

open access: yesMicromachines, 2014
This paper considers the problem of indoor navigation by means of low-cost mobile devices. The required accuracy, the low reliability of low-cost sensor measurements and the typical unavailability of the GPS signal make indoor navigation a challenging ...

Information geometric nonlinear filtering [PDF]

open access: yesInfinite Dimensional Analysis, Quantum Probability and Related Topics, 2015
This paper develops information geometric representations for nonlinear filters in continuous time. The posterior distribution associated with an abstract nonlinear filtering problem is shown to satisfy a stochastic differential equation on a Hilbert information manifold. This supports the Fisher metric as a pseudo-Riemannian metric.

Directed evolution of enzymes at the crossroads of tradition and innovation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
An iterative cycle of data‐driven enzyme optimization comprising four stages: genetic diversification of a template enzyme, expression of protein variants, high‐throughput evaluation, and machine‐learning‐guided redesign of the next variant library.
