Identification of Nonlinear Latent Hierarchical Models
Identifying latent variables and causal structures from observational data is essential to many real-world applications involving biological data, medical data, and unstructured data such as images and languages. However, this task can be highly challenging, especially when observed variables are generated by causally related latent variables and the ...

Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

System identification using neuro fuzzy approach for IoT application
The Internet of Things (IoT) has become a popular application in recent years. However, it is the wireless communication mode. In such a scenario, the user would have to send information either nonlinear or dynamic data type in the form of a signal or an

Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,

Recursive bayesian identification of nonlinear autonomous systems [PDF]
This paper concerns the recursive identification of nonlinear discrete-time systems for which the original equations of motion are not known. Since the true model structure is not available, we replace it with a generic nonlinear model.

Identification of High-Order Nonlinear Coupled Systems Using a Data-Driven Approach
Most works related to the identification of mathematical nonlinear systems suggest that such approaches can always be directly applied to any nonlinear system. This misconception is greatly discouraging when the obtained results are not expected.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...
