Optical Signature of Moiré Superlattices Formed by Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes
We discover optical signatures from bonded interfaces in twisted SrTiO3 moiré superlattices, including low‐frequency Raman vibrational modes and strong second‐harmonic generation, consistent with strong interlayer coupling inferred from cross‐sectional electron microscopy and ab initio calculations. ABSTRACT Moiré superlattices formed at the interfaces

The Optimal Frequency Control Problem of a Nonlinear Oscillator
We study a minimum-time (time-optimal) control problem for a nonlinear pendulum-type oscillator, in which the control input is the system’s natural frequency constrained to a prescribed interval.

Implantable Ionic Memristors Based on Natural Polymer Heterojunctions
We report an implantable natural polymer‐based ionic memristor composed of hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and PDMS. The device achieved 98.94% accuracy in MNIST classification while reducing training time by 36.8% compared with a conventional artificial neural network (ANN).

Monolithic UV‐ozone oxidation of Ta forms an ultrathin Ta2O5/TaOx bilayer enabling resistive switching with a vertical defect gradient. A stoichiometric surface layer over an oxygen‐deficient sublayer promotes localized filament nucleation near the top interface, enabling low‐voltage operation, and reduced cycle‐to‐cycle variability.

A bio‐inspired biopolymeric implantable drug delivery platform enables localized and sustained release of 7‐ethyl‐10‐hydroxycamptothecin (SN‐38) in solid tumor treatment. The three‐dimensional (3D) structured crosslinked‐chitosan implants are fabricated via 3D‐printed molds and provide drug release over 3 months, significantly inhibiting tumor growth ...

Path Following of a High Speed Planing Boat Based on Gauss Pseudospectral Method [PDF]
In this paper, the problem of optimal path following for a high speed planing boat is addressed. First, a nonlinear mathematical model of the boat’s dynamics is derived and then the Serret-Frenet frame is presented to facilitate the path following ...

Duality for Nonlinear Filtering II: Optimal Control
This paper is concerned with the development and use of duality theory for a nonlinear filtering model with white noise observations. The main contribution of this paper is to introduce a stochastic optimal control problem as a dual to the nonlinear filtering problem. The mathematical statement of the dual relationship between the two problems is given

Sodium alginate regulates interfacial ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. The carboxylate‐rich polymeric network forms a dynamic interfacial ion‐diffusion barrier that facilitates ion injection during programming while suppressing ion back‐diffusion, thereby stabilizing the electrochemically doped channel state.
