A fully nonparametric approach to learning causal structures from observational data is proposed. The method is described in the setting of additive structural equation models with a link to causal inference.

Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

Robust nonparametric regression estimation
Following \textit{P. J. Huber}'s [Ann. Math. Statistics 35, 73-101 (1964; Zbl 0136.398)] proposal for location, the authors define a robust conditional location functional in order to obtain from it robust and nonparametric estimators of the conditional expectation. The functional is defined without requiring any moment condition.
