Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

The Problem of Finding the Maximal Multiple Flow in the Divisible Network and its Special Cases
In the article the problem of finding the maximal multiple flow in the network of any natural multiplicity k is studied. There are arcs of three types: ordinary arcs, multiple arcs and multi-arcs.

The complexity of deciding whether a graph admits an orientation with fixed weak diameter [PDF]
An oriented graph $\overrightarrow{G}$ is said weak (resp. strong) if, for every pair $\{ u,v \}$ of vertices of $\overrightarrow{G}$, there are directed paths joining $u$ and $v$ in either direction (resp. both directions).

NP-completeness results for edge modification problems [PDF]
The aim of edge modification problems is to change the edge set of a given graph as little as possible in order to satisfy a certain property. Edge modification problems in graphs have a lot of applications in different areas, and many polynomial-time ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Extending Unification in $\mathcal{EL}$ to Disunification: The Case of Dismatching and Local Disunification [PDF]
Unification in Description Logics has been introduced as a means to detect redundancies in ontologies. We try to extend the known decidability results for unification in the Description Logic $\mathcal{EL}$ to disunification since negative constraints ...

NP-completeness notions under strong hypotheses
A variety of completeness notions for the complexity class NP are studied under strong hypotheses about the size of this class. These hypotheses are based on the concept of resource-bounded genericity developed by Ambos-Spies, Fleischhack and Huwig.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

ANALYSIS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A CRYPTOSYSTEM BASED ON NON-INJECTIVE KNAPSACKS
The paper explores the properties of non-injective linear forms and their application in knapsack cryptosystems. The primary objective of the study is to analyze the potential of using non-injective knapsacks as private keys to enhance the cryptographic ...
