Nucleoside diphosphate kinase activity associated with ribonucleotide reducatase

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 1976
Summary Ribonucleotide reductase from Escherichia coli contains nucleoside diphsophate kinase activity even in highly purified preparations. Although the bulk of the kinase activity was removed during the initial steps of the ribonucleotide reductase purifications some activity remained in the purest fractions.
