Nudging Climate Change Mitigation: A Laboratory Experiment with Inter-Generational Public Goods
To avoid the dangerous consequences of climate change, humans need to overcome two intertwined conflicts. First, they must deal with an intra-generational conflict that emerges from the allocation of costs of climate change mitigation among different ...

The novel kinetic Monte Carlo model presented here incorporates spatially‐ and time‐dependent electrical potential, which enables the precise study of the solid electrolyte interphase formation in Na‐ion batteries. The effects of electrolyte composition and charging conditions on the growth and behavior of the solid electrolyte interphase during the ...

This work uncovers the atomic‐scale origins of exceptional HER performance in amorphous Ni(OH)2 nanosheets by combining atom probe tomography, DFT simulations, and operando spectroscopy. We identify distinct short‐range‐order motifs that accelerate water dissociation, proton transport, and hydrogen adsorption. Embedding Pt single atoms further enhances
